Chris Drinkwater is co-founder, senior AI consultant and lead developer. His earlier work was in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, automation and managed IT.
That background shapes how New Era AI looks at a live estate: existing systems, security, people and the job to be done before any new model is chosen.
He has built much of the company's technical stack and has been heavily involved in Echo One, the voice AI platform. He also works with Jimmy, the Unitree R1 marketing robot, at events and demonstrations.
Alongside the consultancy he is studying AI and robotics at university, and he still starts with the business before the tool.
