What actually happens on the call?

We ask how enquiries arrive, what happens to them, and which systems they pass through. Then we tell you where the largest leak appears to be. It takes about forty-five minutes and there is nothing to prepare.

Is it really free, and is there a catch?

It is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. A reasonable proportion of these conversations end with us saying you do not need a retainer yet, or that the fix is a fixed-price project rather than ongoing advice.

Do we have to pick a package first?

No. The assessment comes before any tier decision, and what comes out of it feeds Discover so the first paid day starts from evidence rather than a blank sheet.

Do you work outside Wales?

Yes. The office is in Llanelli, clients are across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we also work with clients outside the UK. Most days run remotely, which is what makes the distance irrelevant; on-site days are booked when a workshop is worth being in the room for.

What does it cost after that?

Published retainers run from £600 to £2,800 per month, priced by consulting days per quarter. Build work is scoped and quoted separately. Full detail is on the packages page.
