CRM and sales engine

Nexus One is a CRM that does work on its own

Most CRMs fail the same test: close them for a week and nothing breaks. Nothing breaks because they only store. A CRM earns its licence fee when it does work on its own: when follow-up happens because the system remembered, not because a person did.

In plain terms

Nexus One is our answer to that. It is a CRM and sales engine where capture is automatic, stage transitions trigger real actions, sequences stop the moment a human replies, and reporting answers three questions somebody actually asked rather than forty nobody did.

It is not the default recommendation for every business. Where GoHighLevel or HubSpot fits the shape of your work, we will say so and configure that instead. Nexus One is for the cases where the platform options genuinely do not fit.

The actual product

  • Nexus One dashboard showing pipeline and enquiry sources
Pipeline by source, with time-to-first-response as a distribution.

What Nexus One does differently

  • 01

    Nothing arrives by hand

Every channel writes automatically with source, timestamp and structured detail. The pipeline stops being a picture of what somebody had time to type.

  • 02

    Stages that mean something

Each stage has a written entry condition, and each transition fires an action: a task with an owner, a sequence, a reason captured from a fixed list.

  • 03

    Follow-up that runs itself

Sequences defined once, running automatically, stopping the instant a human replies, and escalating to a person when the rules run out.

  • 04

Written follow-up that reads like a person

Messages that reference what the enquirer actually asked about rather than a template with a first name merged in.

  • 05

    Three real numbers

Enquiries by source, time to first response as a distribution, conversion by source and job type. More gets added when a question needs it.

  • 06

    Built to connect

Phone, calendar, accounting, WhatsApp and email join up rather than being replaced. A person should never be the integration layer.

How a lead moves through it

  1. 01

    Capture

Any channel, one record, source and timestamp attached. No re-keying, no Friday catch-up.

  2. 02

    Qualify

The same questions every time, scored against rules you wrote, routed to the right owner with context attached.

  3. 03

    Nurture

Sequences that stop on reply and escalate on silence. Three polite touches over three weeks, not one and hope.

  4. 04

    Book and report

Real slots from the live diary, then the numbers that tell you where next month’s spend should go.

When you should not buy this

  • When your existing CRM is unconfigured rather than unsuitable. Fix the configuration first: migration reproduces the same problems in a nicer interface.
  • When nobody inside the business will own it. A system with no owner degrades regardless of who built it.
  • When a platform genuinely fits. If GoHighLevel or HubSpot does the job, we will configure that and say so.
  • When the process it would automate has never been written down.

Questions

Nexus One, answered.

Is Nexus One a replacement for HubSpot or GoHighLevel?

It can be, but it is not the default answer. Where a platform fits the shape of your work we will configure that instead. Nexus One is for the cases where the platform options genuinely do not fit.

What does it cost?

Nexus One is scoped per engagement rather than sold from a published price list, because the work varies substantially with how many systems it has to join up. Consulting retainers are published on the packages page.

Does it work with Echo One?

Yes. Voice calls captured by Echo One write into Nexus One as structured records with the follow-up sequence already triggered.

Can we migrate our existing data?

Yes, and the migration is scoped as part of the build. Expect the historical free-text notes to need attention: that is where migrations usually lose fidelity.

Do we need a consulting retainer first?

No, but most people benefit from one. The audit decides whether a CRM change is the right first move, and quite often it is not.
